At Stake, we're looking for a Product Growth Leader who can drive our product strategy and roadmap forward.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company that's changing the face of finance. As a Product Growth Leader, you'll play a critical role in shaping our product vision and ensuring it meets the needs of our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining product initiatives and leading their execution cross-functionally with the Product Management, Design and Engineering teams
  • Executing the company's OKRs via the product strategy and roadmap (e.g., ensuring features and products drive revenue and/or cut costs)
  • Developing strong qualitative and quantitative data models to inform product strategy and decision-making
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement frameworks of content management, delivery, and handing these off to executing teams to own and manage
  • Having a deep understanding of martech tools, content ecosystems, performance optimization concepts, and strategies to deliver results through capitalizing core marketing channels

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in product management and development, with a proven track record in Product Growth, preferable in a Fintech and/or dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Experience crafting intuitive UX for mobile and desktop, with a strong customer focus
  • A proven track record of building successful, customer-centric products, where consideration to risk and compliance processes has been central to execution
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with customer data platforms and customer subscription models
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop other product managers, design and engineering teams, and a variety of stakeholders across the business
