We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Supervisor to lead our restaurant team at Subway in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, as well as delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare food items, including bread and cookie baking
- Maintain food storage and preparation areas according to health and safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with food handling practices
- Lead the restaurant team to adhere to operational procedures
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory
- Operate the till system
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures
- Inspect deliveries and ensure they meet quality standards
- Implement daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Adhere to security and safety protocols
- Maintain a safe working environment for colleagues and guests
- Present oneself professionally in the uniform provided, meeting brand expectations
- Deliver outstanding service when interacting with products, sales, and catering for guest needs
