Project Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee the full delivery of a major aviation program. This pivotal role is accountable for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery and providing strategic leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of the program including governance, resourcing, stakeholder engagement, communications, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- 15+ years aviation, business or project management experience.
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, aviation, or project management is required - master's degree or MBA is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to plan and execute project delivery.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, peers and frontline staff.
- Relevant operational or SME knowledge to support the organization.
- Regulatory knowledge and experience working with external regulatory authorities.
- Line and/or Project management experience in managing cross functionally and across cultures.
- Proven planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
