Key Roles in Aviation Logistics

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide logistical and administrative support to our Flight Operations Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the airline or aviation industry and possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of personnel details and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Processing claims and expenses related to meal allowances, uniform alterations, and loss of license insurance.
  • Approving and processing flight crew allowance claims for duty travel trips and training.
  • Coordinating the administration of incentive personal days, sick leave, bulk leave, and parental leave.
  • Managing flight crew uniform orders, returns, and exchanges, as well as disposal of returned uniforms.
  • Requesting lounge access cards and maintaining records of expiry dates and issuance of duty travel letters.
  • Administering medical expiries and allocation of AVMED Days.
  • Assisting with ADHOC projects across Flight Operations and providing diary management support to senior managers.
