Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our Reservations team as a Guest Services Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing guest reservations efficiently and accurately, providing detailed information on hotel facilities, special offers, and promotions.

You will also ensure all guest records and reservation details are accurately updated and maintained, assist guests with reservation inquiries, and provide personalized support to enhance guest satisfaction.
