We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Service Expert.

As a Service Expert, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent interpersonal skills, energy, and motivation to keep pace with an active and busy environment. You'll also need the ability to prioritize tasks without sacrificing the customer experience, a vibrant personality with confidence to convert in-store promotions, and a safety-first approach in emergency situations.
