About the Role

We are seeking a sales and service expert to create exceptional customer experiences for our members. Deliver tailored solutions across assistance, insurance, and banking products and services.

  • Competitive rate of pay
  • Full Time 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

About You

Customer service skills and a desire to help are key. We seek applicants who love assisting others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to change, build meaningful relationships, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

You should be eager to learn, comfortable dealing with members face-to-face and via phone, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
