Professional Growth Facilitator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Professional Growth Facilitator to support our workforce in building their digital capabilities and thriving in a rapidly changing digital future. As a key member of our team, you will deliver high-quality training services that meet workforce needs and address the digital divide.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to support the effective use of ITB services and systems, including collaboration and communication tools, learning management ecosystems, and student data management systems.
  • Facilitate adult learning using key concepts, theories, and principles, and ensure quality, consistency, and accessibility of training content.
  • Contribute to the assessment of training needs through surveys, stakeholder interviews, and analysis of datasets, and identify possible solutions or pathways to meet user needs.
  • Work with instructional design principles and frameworks, and have experience in facilitating adult learning and working with various software applications.

You Will Thrive In This Role If:

  • You have a strong background in instructional design and facilitation, with experience in delivering training programs and assessing training needs.
  • You are proficient in using a range of software applications, including Microsoft Windows, Apple iOS, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and can rapidly become fluent in new software.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise, and deliberate manner.
