Role: Learning Facilitator

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to support our education program. As a Learning Facilitator, you will contribute to the delivery of engaging and interactive learning experiences for children in our care.

  • Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Engage with children, families, and centre staff to build strong relationships and promote a sense of community
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in practice and high-quality outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality and excellence in early childhood education

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
