We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Support Specialist to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is about more than just answering phones. You will be part of a passionate and collaborative team that are dedicated to supporting our customers to look after pets and wildlife of all shapes and sizes. Our team achieves this through:

  • Responding to a wide range of general and/or product specific enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Processing customer orders and demonstrating a sound knowledge of our product suite.
  • Providing our customer with a single point of resolution for any problems and/or complaints.
  • Accurately managing and maintaining up-to-date customer records in our cloud-based CRM system.
  • Working in a friendly and supportive team environment where one person's success is everyone's success.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in phone-based customer service. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, high-volume, multi-channel team with a passion for customer service excellence. They will possess superior active listening skills, the ability to show empathy and build rapport with a diverse range of customers.

A high level of attention to detail and commitment to doing things correctly are essential for this role. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change is also highly valued.
