Marketing Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

This full-time role is ideal for a results-driven, creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Develop a broad range of marketing materials for agents, including localised campaigns, brochures, press, presentations, social media content, signage, sponsorships, and more.
  • Execute integrated national marketing campaigns from concept development through to launch and post-campaign analysis.
  • Manage internal communications channels, including the intranet, EDMs, and WhatsApp community.
  • Own products for digital design platforms and champion continuous development of digital and print assets for agents.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Specialist in managing the website, social media, and content creation.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, briefing agencies, reviewing creative, and maintaining brand guidelines alignment.
  • Support the broader marketing team in coordinating events, including awards and recognition programs, and conferences.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Results-driven creativity, sharp eye for detail, organisational skills.

Must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. A strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and industry trends is essential. Additionally, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
