Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning Practitioner to join our team. As a Learning Practitioner, you will play a key role in facilitating project-specific training, coordinating employees and contractors, and liaising with training providers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating site inductions, ship onboarding induction, and compliance training
  • Coordinating all related administration and record keeping
  • Liaising with stakeholders to arrange training and coordinate the booking process
  • Undertaking assigned training activities in accordance with identified project directives and standards
  • Supporting the development of training-related documentation in accordance with appropriate standards

You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful delivery of training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in the facilitation of training
  • Experience in coordination and administration activities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • An ability to adapt to working in different environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
  • High level of attention to detail, especially in data management
