**Job Opportunity**: New Product Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a New Product Development Assistant. This exciting role will provide you with the opportunity to gain extensive experience in the fast-paced FMCG industry.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing cost analyses on new products, researching and compiling information to evaluate price competitiveness, and identifying opportunities across current portfolios to improve costs, performance, and convenience.

You will also be tasked with ensuring all requirements are met as per the NPD process from concept to launch, managing product databases, performing data entry and product setup, and researching and evaluating new product opportunities to drive category growth and portfolio diversification.

Additionally, you will facilitate range reviews, assist with sensory evaluation, and perform other duties assigned by your line manager.

**Requirements:**
Tertiary qualified in business or commerce
Previous working experience in marketing or FMCG industry preferred
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Good attention to detail and strong communication skills
