Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that drive community impact. As a Senior Development Consultant, you will play a key part in managing our interface with State-significant health, education, and transport infrastructure projects.

  • Lead end-to-end case management for seamless project delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive project coordination and support through our case management platform.
  • Maintain accurate case management documentation with a strong focus on quality control.
  • Facilitate effective meetings with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design approval issues.
  • Review case documents against Sydney Water's policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts.
About You

We seek a proactive and solutions-driven professional with experience in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate holds a relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Urban Planning, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to analyse options and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to consult, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
  • The ability to assess and review key documents, including commercial deeds, designs, funding/procurement packages, and finalisation packages.
