Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive alignment between strategic planning and operational delivery by coordinating portfolio roadmaps with the broader business strategy.
  • Define and continuously improve ways of working across the portfolio and key interfaces, ensuring consistency with organizational frameworks.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including portfolio planning sessions, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain momentum, focus, and accountability.
  • Support prioritization of initiatives to ensure delivery is aligned with mission-level goals and value creation.
  • Maintain visibility of the portfolio's book of work using tools such as JIRA, and coordinate synchronization with other teams and departments.
  • Proactively identify risks, roadblocks or delivery challenges, and lead resolution efforts to keep initiatives on track.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leading performance initiatives that enhance how teams work and deliver outcomes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in business or a related field, and ideally bring Agile certification.
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in performance-oriented roles such as project delivery, consulting, business analysis, or stakeholder management.
  • Be confident working with senior leaders to influence decisions and drive delivery against ambitious objectives.
  • Have a track record of building strong relationships and delivering change in complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Bring experience in either the airline or loyalty industries, or have a strong background in partnerships, marketing, or management consulting.
  • A commercial mindset and a structured approach to solving business challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to break down initiatives using tools like JIRA.
  • Structured thinker with a sharp eye for detail, sound financial acumen, and an analytical, data-driven approach.
