**Job Opportunity: Portfolio Manager - Fixed Income ETFs**

**Client Overview**: Backed by a significant Global Investment Manager (>$500bn FUM), they are an evolving and highly successful Investment House with major growth plans for Australia.

Since launching in Australia they are experiencing rapid development in a growing sector. This role offers the chance to significantly contribute to the company's success, especially in fixed income ETF management and product strategy formulation.

**Role Overview**: The Portfolio Manager will handle the day-to-day management of fixed income ETFs, ensuring they meet investment objectives and mandates. Responsibilities include trade execution, index tracking, portfolio optimization, and collaboration with various internal teams.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Oversee investment and trading processes for ETFs.
- Monitor fund exposures, track errors, and ensure accurate fund valuations.
- Coordinate with market makers and service providers.
- Contribute to product development and ensure regulatory compliance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree in finance or equivalent (CFA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fixed income portfolio management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and VBA; knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
- Excellent risk management and communication skills.
