Cruise Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Cruise Product Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for the cruise industry and are looking to build a rewarding career.

This role will involve creating, delivering and displaying innovative products that meet the needs of our agent partners. As a senior member of the product team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining competitive packages, building and loading custom packages across booking and website platforms, and supporting product management by updating website content and managing rules.

• Developing and maintaining competitive, accurately priced custom packages with value adds, and ensuring innovation and market competitiveness
• Building and loading custom packages across booking and website platforms, ensuring accurate pricing, clear features, smooth booking flow, and engaging product displays
• Supporting product management by updating website content, managing rules (fare markups, commissions), setting up promotions, and reviewing supplier fares for accuracy
• Planning, executing, and managing promotional campaigns with suppliers and internal teams, maintaining calendars, completing requirements, ensuring products are bookable, and keeping sales updated
• Managing design assets and image library, ensuring accurate, approved content and supporting materials are delivered for packages, promotions, and eDMs
• Managing promotional allocations and groups by setting up and maintaining groups, monitoring sales, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring accurate booking engine functionality, and providing performance reports
• Leading and supporting the product team, handling queries, exploring new opportunities, monitoring competitors, and ensuring efficient coverage and operations

About You:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a senior product or supply role within the travel industry
• Experience working towards and achieving targets and KPI's in the cruise/travel sector
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent attention to detail, good problem solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure
• Ambitious, highly motivated, and an efficient organiser
• Comprehensive computer skills and confidently learn new computer systems (Cruise Line booking systems and GDS experience is an advantage)
