We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Case Manager. This is an ongoing part-time position, working four days a week.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting children and young people in foster care. You will facilitate transitions, coordinate caregiver matches, and ensure best-practice care.
You will work closely with foster carers, families, and a network of professionals to provide specialized care that meets the unique needs of each child.
Your key focus will be on helping children overcome past experiences and achieve their full potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications- A post-secondary qualification in Welfare, Social Work, Child Development or a relevant field.
- A current Victorian driver's license.
- A current CPR and First Aid certificate.
- The ability to provide safe environments for children and young people, protecting them from abuse and neglect.
- Knowledge and understanding of issues surrounding the out-of-home care system and available resources and services.
- Effective communication skills, enabling you to work with adults, adolescents, children, and sector representatives.
