Christmas Experience

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join our seasonal Christmas Experience Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fun and fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in creating magical moments for families and children as they experience the joy of Christmas.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Welcome and engage with families and visitors to create a welcoming and festive atmosphere
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of Santa photo experiences
  • Ensure that every guest has a stress-free and enjoyable experience
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for all visitors
  • Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the holiday season
  • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others
  • Ability to obtain or have a current Working with Children's Clearance
