As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our guests from start to finish. This includes welcoming visitors, assisting with Santa photos, ensuring a fun and stress-free environment for all ages, and working closely with the team to make holiday memories happen.

We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, are able to work well under pressure, and have a positive attitude towards providing great customer service. If you are enthusiastic, energetic, and love making people feel welcome, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with families and guests
  • Assist with capturing magical Santa photos
  • Ensure a fun and stress-free experience for all ages
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create memorable experiences
  • Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing great customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Must be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
