**Job Title:** Christmas Experience Team Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic leader to join our team as a Christmas Experience Team Leader. As a Chief Elf in Santa's photo studio, you will inspire, support, and lead your team to create magical moments for all visitors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences.
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow.
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful and merry atmosphere.
  • Bring energy and positivity to even the busiest days.
  • Set a positive example with warmth, professionalism, and festive flair.
  • Oversee POS operations, process visitor prints, and package them with care and attention to detail.
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality and creates lasting memories.

Requirements:

  • A strong leader who inspires and supports their team.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with people of all ages.
  • Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • Able to thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and team members alike.
  • Holds or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance.
