As a Chief Elf in our festive studio, you will inspire and support your team to create magical moments for all visitors. You'll be the calm through the holiday season, keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring the magic never fades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow to ensure seamless execution.
  • Welcome families and keep the atmosphere joyful and merry, creating a welcoming environment for all.
  • Bring energy and maintain positivity even on the busiest days, setting a positive tone for the team.
  • Lead from the front, showing your team how it's done with warmth, professionalism, and a dash of festive flair.
  • Oversee point-of-sale operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail.
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with us is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their holiday experience.
Requirements:

  • Great communication skills (and patience) when dealing with people (and pets) of all ages.
  • Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure, able to think critically in fast-paced environments.
