Ultrasound Specialist Job Description

This role requires an Ultrasound Specialist to provide technical support and clinical guidance to customers. The specialist will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless product demonstrations, installations, and training sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical and clinical discussions during sales meetings
  • Develop comprehensive product training programs for customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Provide ongoing support to customers through various channels
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product updates

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Active professional clinical/technical certifications necessary to scan patients
  • Basic clinical scanning proficiency on current products/platforms
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or technical role with a strong understanding of ultrasound technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Leadership experience with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Advanced certification in ultrasound technology
