Job Overview:

Ultrasound Specialist

This position involves providing expert technical and clinical support throughout the sales process. The key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, facilitating installation, delivering training sessions, and offering ongoing customer support across our ultrasound platforms.

Key Requirements:
  • Provide technical leadership during sales by showcasing full product capabilities to customers as needed
  • Develop and deliver training programs for customers on software, application, and equipment use
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through continuous education on optimizing equipment utilization
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and customer training
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Necessary active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries to scan patients in a clinical setting
  • Demonstrated basic scanning proficiency on current products/platforms
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical/technical experience following certification with demonstrated skill in specific areas or at least 2 years commercial applications/modality experience with successes in high-level customer interactions

Please note that this position requires a strong understanding of ultrasound technology and clinical practices, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
