Warehouse Operations Manager

The efficient management of warehouse operations is critical to organisational success. The Warehouse Operations Manager plays a key role in achieving this by supporting maintenance and site activities through effective inventory control and materials handling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, influence and empower the team to ensure optimal warehouse performance.
  • Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations.
  • Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate deliveries with carriers, adhere to schedules and deadlines for efficient warehouse operation.
  • Optimise inventory levels to ensure timely availability of parts and equipment for mobile fleet and fixed plant.
About You:
  • Proven leadership and people management skills within a warehousing environment.
  • High Risk Forklift Licence essential.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills.
  • Prioritising and problem-solving are second nature.
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel vital.
  • Familiarity with coal mining safety and health regulations advantageous.
