As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of warehouse operations, supporting maintenance and site activities through effective inventory control and materials handling.
- Manage the team to ensure the warehouse is appropriately stocked and resources are used efficiently.
- Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations.
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate deliveries with carriers and adhere to schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain the stores efficiently and ensure the inventory is optimised for maintenance targets.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership and people management skills within a Warehouse Supervisor role, exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills, prioritising and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in JD Edwards, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
