
Enlistment Process Manager

The Australian Defence Force is seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join their Enlistment Coordinator team. As an Enlistment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in streamlining the enlistment process for candidates.
This 12-month opportunity offers the chance to work on one of Australia's most important missions, while gaining valuable experience and skills in coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities- You will manage candidates through the enlistment process, ensuring timely communication and proper documentation are maintained.
- Engage proactively with candidates, providing regular updates on their enlistment journey and maintaining detailed records within the recruitment management system.
- Provide realistic timeframes for role opportunities based on candidates' job preferences and present suitable open roles to minimize wait times and maximize target achievement.
- Drive candidates to enlistment efficiently, contributing to the goal of 100% achievement within 100 days.
- Coordinate all administrative requirements related to candidate enlistment, ensuring all necessary documents are received and returned for a successful enlistment/appointment.
- Collaborate with ADF stakeholders to manage administrative requirements, such as signing Letters of Offer, to facilitate successful enlistments.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or similar discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, recruitment teams, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in coordinating multiple tasks, schedules, and timelines, ensuring that all aspects of the enlistment process are executed efficiently and within set deadlines.
