Job Summary
The Enlistment Facilitator plays a pivotal role in streamlining the enlistment process for Australian Defence Force candidates. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination of enlistments and appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage candidate enrollment through timely communication, proper documentation, and efficient coordination of enlistment/appointment ceremonies according to service and training requirements.
  • Engage proactively with candidates, providing regular updates on their enlistment journey and maintaining detailed records within the recruitment management system.
  • Present suitable open roles to minimize wait times and maximize target achievement based on candidates' job preferences.
  • Drive candidates to enlistment efficiently, contributing to the goal of 100% achievement within set deadlines.
  • Coordinate all administrative requirements related to candidate enlistment, ensuring all necessary documents are received and returned for a successful enlistment/appointment.
  • Collaborate with ADF stakeholders to manage administrative requirements, such as signing Letters of Offer, to facilitate successful enlistments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to meticulously review enlistment documentation and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and completeness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, recruitment teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in coordinating multiple tasks, schedules, and timelines, ensuring that all aspects of the enlistment process are executed efficiently and within set deadlines.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or similar discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
