Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per annumAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Room Leader to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring, motivating, and maintaining a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families, and colleagues.

  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ensure high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a nurturing environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
  • Contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma qualification in early childhood education.
  • National Working With Children Check.
  • Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer and technology skills.
