This role will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence and compliance of research activities at the Austin Health precinct and its collaborators.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence in patient care and a keen interest in developing their skillset. They will have at least a Bachelor's qualification in Science and relevant experience within a complex accreditation and/or research professional setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement research quality and integrity strategies
- Conduct research accreditation and regulatory compliance reviews
- Provide training and support to research staff
- Identify and mitigate research risks
- Ensure research staff are aware of and comply with research policies and procedures
