Key Responsibilities

  5. Drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  6. Ensure operational activities are aligned with customer and dealer needs, with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Experience
  1. A tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field, and/or substantial experience and capabilities in a relevant field or equivalent commensurate experience.
  2. Postgraduate qualifications in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, desirable.
  3. Previous experience in the automotive industry, essential.
  4. Previous experience in a senior operational leadership role, essential.
