As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for driving the operational strategy and vision for our Australia and New Zealand operations. You will lead by example, instilling confidence across the organization and creating cross-functional teams with a clear vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all operations across the company, including sales planning and promotion, dealership representation, marketing, aftersales, and finance.
  • Develop clear strategies, research, engagement practices, and evidence-based business planning and performance reporting to enable effective implementation of strategic plans.
  • Oversee the development and management of the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets.
  • Analyse financial data to drive cost reductions, operational efficiencies, and profitability improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operational team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies.
  • Ensure operational activities are aligned with customer/dealers needs and expectations with an emphasis on resolution.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Business Management or similar and/or substantial experience and capabilities in a relevant field or equivalent commensurate experience.
  • Post Graduate qualifications in finance, accounting, business administration or similar, desirable.
  • Previous experience in the Automotive Industry essential.
  • Previous experience in Senior Operational Leadership roles essential.
