Job Title: Chief Operating Officer - Australia

Roc Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our Australian operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all operational functions across Australia, ensuring the efficiency and continuous improvement of our five office locations.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing project delivery teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all operational functions across Australia
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Manage project delivery teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client expectations

Requirements:

  • Extensive years of experience in a senior operational management role from within the technology or communications industry
  • COO level experience is preferred
  • Extensive project management experience that has involved delivering complex communications-based technology
  • Certificate in Prince2 or equivalent project management methodologies
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams
  • Experience in driving innovation and managing technology integration projects
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in a technical discipline
  • MBA or similar is preferable
