About the Role

As a Clinical Psychologist with Aspect Therapy, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and their families to achieve meaningful change. Our team is dedicated to delivering evidence-informed solutions that are person-centred, family-focused, and customer-driven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with individuals and their families to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests.
  • Meet participants in their community setting to work on transferable skills that shape their everyday lives.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each participant.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and support workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to support.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology.
  • Fully registered with AHPRA.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across your local community.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment in the state you reside in.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' certificate.
