Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a skilled mental health professional to join our team at Access Psych. As a leading provider of mental health services, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical psychology, mental health social work, or counselling, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to clients. Key responsibilities will include providing evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment, working collaboratively with clients and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
- Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
- Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards;
- Must be able to see clients face to face but can be a hybrid TH/F2F role.
Qualifications:
- General Psychologist Registered AHPRA; or
- Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW; or
- Qualified Counsellor ACA level 3 or level 4 and/or Full Clinical PACFA membership;
- You have permanent residency in Australia;
- You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
- You want to be part of a dynamic, social, and hard-working team;
- Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
