As a vital member of our team, you will be based at our Torrensville site in South Australia, where we deliver Employment Services Programs across the country. We take pride in uplifting individuals, supporting their employment, independence, and overall wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers and facilitating successful placements.
  • Identifying and developing job seekers' skills to enhance their employability.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both job seekers and employers.
  • Enhancing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services.
  • Creating and implementing joint job plans to guide job seekers towards clear pathways to employment.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Flexibility to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
