
Vocational Leadership Specialist

Reporting to the General Manager of Employment Pathways, we are seeking a Vocational Leadership Specialist who will provide leadership to a team delivering vocational, personal and emotional support in order to maximise employees' participation, development and work goals within our Packaging sites.
**Job Description**
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring services meet or exceed legislative requirements, guidelines, NDIS quality standards, funding agreements, and key stakeholders expectations. This includes facilitating cross-service utilisation of services provided by other divisions or departments, collaborating with staff to develop training and support activities for supported employees, and participating in the development and implementation of positive outcome-oriented planning.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
We are looking for an individual with proven knowledge of relevant disability legislation and standards, experience and understanding of NDIS practice standards, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to lead people through achieving outcomes required, collaborate with influence, and participate in strategic goal setting.

As part of our Covid-19 response, the Scope Covid-19 policy requires all our employees regardless of the job to have received at least 3 doses of a Covid-19 vaccine.
