Maintenance Operations Coordinator

Ensure the successful operation of a brand-new hotel facility.

  • Develop and oversee maintenance strategies to achieve peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting facilities, identifying areas for improvement, and coordinating repairs.
  • Procuring equipment and machinery while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Overseeing safety protocols and regulatory adherence.
  • Managing team performance and staff development.
  • Maintaining supply chains and minimizing waste.
  • Developing budgets and forecasts for maintenance operations.
  • Liaising with contractors and vendors.
  • Creating preventative maintenance programmes.
  • Coordinating daily maintenance tasks.

We are seeking an advanced problem-solver with repair expertise to lead our pre-opening maintenance team.

Candidates will work closely with the hotel finance department to ensure efficient maintenance operations.
