Job Title: Digital Optimisation Specialist

We are seeking a talented Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital practice, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and improving customer experiences.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven strategies to increase conversion rates and drive business results.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Analyzing customer behaviour and preferences to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Maintaining and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CRO initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital optimisation, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Adobe Target, AEM, and Adobe Analytics is highly desirable.
