About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Munro Footwear Group. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance store operations
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career progression
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and driving team performance
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive store culture
