Operations Manager: Quality Assurance and Compliance.
Lead the operations of the Food Services Programme, ensuring quality management systems encompassing food services preparation and delivery to eligible residents are optimized. Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate all quality management activities.
- Maintain audit compliance and implement a robust food safety program.
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure staff meet essential quality and mandatory compliance requirements.
- Monitor operational trends and identify opportunities for continuous growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as nutrition or hospitality.
- Minimum 3 years management experience within a relevant industry area.
- Qualified Food Safety Supervisor with well-developed knowledge of current Food Safety and OH&S Legislation.
- Strong skills in Quality systems and assurance, continuous improvement, implementation, monitoring, and audit systems and processes.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Commonwealth Home Support Program, particularly Delivered Meals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
