Remote Patient Transport Specialist

We are seeking a Registered Paramedic or Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient-centred care and treatment during the transport of patients with various medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and interventions while on-road
- Deliver exceptional patient care and treatment throughout on-road transport
- Develop strong working relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions in accordance with relevant guidelines and within scope of practice
- Exercise independent problem-solving skills within established policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Requirements for Success:
- Qualifications as a Registered Paramedic or Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Current AHPRA registration (or pending approval for Paramedics)
- Ability to drive safely in both city and country traffic conditions
- Exemplary compassion, professionalism, and dedication to excellent service
- Desirable experience in the NEPT sector, though not essential
- Satisfactory completion of safety screening, including a current Full Driver's Licence, Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and right to work in Australia
- Knowledge of NSW NEPT service specifications is desirable
