About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional trainee to join our team.

This is a varied 12-month role that requires flexibility and adaptability, with the opportunity to gain valuable experience across key practice areas.

You will complete a rotation of three months in each practice area, learning key skills to become a proficient Legal Assistant.

This includes covering reception duties two days a week, directing new client enquiries, and supporting existing client calls.

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude is essential for success in this role, as well as the ability to work well within a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To complete a rotation across our key practice areas, gaining valuable experience and developing key skills

  • To provide administrative support across the firm, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing general administrative tasks
  • To maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and integrity
