Job Role: Receptionist/Trainee Junior Legal Assistant

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our Geelong office as a Receptionist/Trainee Junior Legal Assistant.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional services environment, supporting our reception and legal teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and queries, and attending to telephone calls.
  • Coordinating appointments, preparing meeting rooms, and booking video conferences.
  • Handling general banking duties, paying invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Managing files, mail, and other administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous front of house reception experience or a similar background in professional services (not essential).
  • Superior customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Exemplary computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications.
