Concrete Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient production of concrete products.
Your duties will include operating fixed and mobile plant equipment, batching concrete to order, monitoring production metrics, cleaning and maintaining the yard, and participating in safety initiatives.
- Batching orders accurately using dedicated programs and systems
- Operating front-end loaders safely to weigh materials
- Managing day-to-day administration, including stock control and monthly forecasts
- Participating in safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting
- Experience or knowledge in the concrete industry
- Sound computer skills working with multiple systems and safety reporting
- Flexibility and willingness to cover various responsibilities across the plant
- HR truck license highly regarded
- A permanent, full-time opportunity with overtime potential
