We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to support daily operations at our Townsville site.
- As a Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising sites to ensure safe and efficient concrete production for customers.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Skills in forklift and front-end loader operation, including HR license.
- A strong work ethic and passion for safety.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to physically perform all duties associated with the position.

- Allocating and assigning loads to drivers.
- Managing stock and coordinating deliveries.
- Overseeing contractors performing site maintenance.
- Maintaining yards and operating front-end loaders.
- Operating forklifts and handling bagged products manually.
