Mobile Product Specialist - 10-Max Term Role

About the Role

The Key purpose of this role (and team)

What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and restock items as required- Communicate with internal teams in relation to order status, order changes, and any other order-related enquiries- Liaise with the vendor to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and shipments- Ensure data accuracy and completeness of information held in our CRM- Manage order returns and work cohesively with the customer service team to ensure the timely resolution of any issues

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills- Forward-thinking, with the ability to plan and foresee issues before they arise- Ability to manage conflicting and often changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment- Ability to multitask, work independently and with initiative
