- Document nursing care and patients' progress accurately, providing clear and concise information to facilitate informed decision-making
- Act in accordance with the profession's code of ethics and professional standards, upholding the values of compassion, respect, and integrity
- Authorised to practice by the relevant authority
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in acute care and a special interest in oncology nursing, enabling them to provide expert care to patients undergoing treatment
- Ability to work independently, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity, making sound decisions under pressure
- Effective team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients alike
