About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee the food and beverage outlet within the hotel, responsible for scheduling, forecasting, training, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as all operating procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in cost control a plus.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and nurture positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
  2. Create and manage outlet roster.
  3. Manage service through outlet and allocate sections.
  4. Conduct pre-service meetings.
  5. Ensure all opening, handover, and closing checklists are complete.
  6. Communicate relevant guest information to staff and the kitchen.
  7. Perform daily administrative and reporting tasks.
  8. Develop and maintain service standards.
  9. Manage and order inventory.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of supervisor experience in a similar environment.
  • Wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

Estimated Salary Range
