Lead Clinical Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage the daily operations of our care service. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, with experience leading and mentoring a team of carers in an aged care setting.
The successful applicant will be responsible for implementing changes at an organisational level, developing a work team through the process, and ensuring residents receive a high standard of care and quality of life.
About You- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse;
- Experience leading and mentoring a clinical care workforce, in the aged care industry;
- Knowledge of the accreditation system, as well as funding & regulatory requirements for aged care facilities;
- A current driver's licence and ability to obtain a national police certificate.
